{The Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme 2014-2020}
1. Funding for Russian Partners
The Programme is implemented in line with the co-financing approach, which consists of the joint allocation of funds by member countries to the Programme funds, as well as the financial participation of project partners in the implementation of projects.
According to the Programme terms, 8.8 million EUR can be allocated from the Programme funds for project activities in Russia, and 4.4 million EUR of them come from Russian national funding.
Each project should be partially financed by project partners in the amount at least 15% of the project cost.
During the third call for project applications, Russian participants can receive 5.1 million EUR from the Programme funds.
